problem with wireless

i have little problem with laptop
hp compaq nx7300
which work on it wireless
Broadcom Corporation BCM4401-B0 100Base-TX
the problem i looking much for driver to support it
i read it some sites
that this card not need driver to work on linux
i have RHEL 5 and fedora 8
and both of them not support wireless
can any one explain the way for me to run it
