رغبت في تركيب تطبيق كبير php وراسلت مصمم البرنامج بخصوص تقديمه لخدمة التركيب والاستضافة فكان الرد بالرسالة التالية التي لم افهمها ، أتمنى أن تساعدوني في ترجمتها وتوضيح معناها لي .

VPS solutions of WingSix. For TCExam, either VPS Hawk or VPS Phoenix are
good (http://wingsix.com/vps.htm).
If you get one of these Virtual Servers, we can configure for you the
VPS and install TCPDF and the required libraries for 420 EUR.
We can also help you into purchase the VPS (please note that they
require a credit card), just let me know.
